Whenever we hear the term Border, it tenses us a little. And if it has anything to do with ‘India-Pakistan border’, then our own anticipations scare us! Today we have brought you a story Indo-Pak about border itself but wait, you don’t have to worry at all.

Mohammad Abdullah, an 11 YO boy from Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) accidentally crossed into the Indian side and landed up in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district.

He was spotted by the Indian Army in Degwar area on 24th June and was handed over to the Jammu and Kashmir police without any delay who carried out the formalities of his return quite promptly.

As per the reports by the Deccan Chronicle, “The Indian Army stands by its ethos of being a humane force and maintains sensitivity while dealing with innocent civilians,” the spokesperson said. He further added that the primary reasons behind Abdullah’s release are his young age, intentions to boost up confidence-building measures between India and Pakistan and last but not the least, humanity!

Now, he has returned safely to his home and not empty-handed. He was presented with a set of new clothes and a box of sweets too!

It’s not been long that India was mourning over the loss of its brave sons who were brutally killed by Pak Army. But the Indian Army is brave enough to still show such Goodwill and stick to its glorious principles. That’s why Indians love them with all their hearts.
